I love visiting The Woodlands, which is a 40 minute drive from Houston, Texas. This is the perfect place to escape the busy city for the weekend or have a day of adventure. Itinerary

8 a.m. Grab coffee and a pastry from one of my favorite coffee shops in The Woodlands, Third Gen Coffee. This place has amazing service and their lattes are always very good.

9:30 a.m Start your adventure at Texas TreeVentures, an adventure park with lots of fun courses. This is one of my favorite outdoor attractions in The Woodlands, TX.

11:30 a.m. After a morning of adventure, enjoy a tasty lunch at State Fare Kitchen & Bar. This restaurant has a patio with a beautiful view of the lake. Perfect for a patio weather day!

3 p.m. Grab a delicious dessert from The Sweet Swirl. This soft serve shop has a variety of delicious desserts and boba with lots of flavors. If you have a sweet tooth this is the perfect place for you!

4:30 p.m. Head to Market Street to look around this trendy outdoor shopping market. I love walking around this area because of the cute murals and stores to shop around.

6 p.m. If you start to get hungry head to Sawyer Park Icehouse. This is one of my favorite places to relax and hangout with friends on the spacious patio. Enjoy live music while you eat and drink.

9 p.m. If you want to continue the night with live music and dancing in The Woodlands head to these places:

• The Goose’s Acre – An Irish Pub with live music or DJ on the weekends.
• Rose Rooftop & Restaurant – Enjoy beautiful views of the skyline as you dance to latin music.
